MODE(Amount #1, Amount #2, Amount #3, ...)

Amounts: items being evaluated to determine which has the highest number of occurrences.

When two values have the same number of occurrences, the first value in the list is the value that is returned.

MODE(1, 2, 2, 3, 4) equals 2

MODE(1, 2, 3, 3, 4, 4) equals 3
