The Sponsor User Screen is used to specify which users are assigned to a Plan Sponsor. When a User is assigned to a Sponsor, that user can filter the list of Sponsors (to only those to which that user is assigned) by using the filter button on the Open Screen. In addition, when logging in as an Administrator to the portal, the only sponsors that can be opened are those that are assigned to that user.

• Type: select User to assign an individual DB Precision user or Group to assign a user group.
• ID/Name: choose the User ID or group name from the list.
• User Name: displays the selected user's name, when applicable.
• User Email: displays the selected user's email address, when applicable.

• Worktrack Task creation/completion, on/off hold, new comment: sends the assigned user email notifications for the selected Worktrack task events.
• Participant uploaded document using Internet portal: sends an email notification when a participant uploads a document through the Internet Portal.
• Sponsor Contact uploaded document using Internet portal: sends an email notification when a Sponsor Contact uploads a document through the Internet Portal.
• Administrator uploaded document using Internet portal: sends an email notification when an Administrator uploads a document through the Internet Portal.
