The Create Database Report Screen is used to create standard reports within DB Precision.

• Report Type: select the type of report you would like to generate.
• Plan Number: select the plan number to use when running this report.
• Report Evaluation Period: provide a start and end date as of which this report should be run.
• Stop age if stop date is unknown: if an exact stop date is not specified, instead choose a stop age. Only available on some report types.
• Exclude participants that received payment: the report will not include any participants who have previously received a benefit payment.
• Encrypt Social Security Numbers: check this box to encrypt social security numbers displayed on report output.
• View Results in Excel: check this box if the created report should also be created in Excel.
