The Internet Portal Usage Statistics screen displays portal activity for the opened Plan Sponsor or for the entire company. If a Plan Sponsor or Plan Document is open, the results are limited to that sponsor. If no sponsor or plan is open, the results include all Plan Sponsors.

The results list displays one row for each period within the selected date range. Start Date and End Date are always shown. Login columns are added for the selected user types, and activity columns are added according to the selections under Optional Columns. Column suffixes identify Administrators (A), Sponsor Contacts (S), and Participants (P).

• Start Date: sets the first date included in the usage statistics.
• End Date: sets the last date included in the usage statistics.
• Grouping Period: groups the results by Year, Quarter, Month, Week, or Day. Each selected period is displayed as a separate row in the results list.

• Participants (P): includes activity performed by participant users and displays the applicable participant columns.
• Sponsor Contacts (S): includes activity performed by Sponsor Contact users and displays the applicable sponsor-contact columns.
• Administrators (A): includes activity performed by administrator users and displays the applicable administrator columns. This selection is unavailable when the screen is limited to an opened Plan Sponsor.

• Invalid Logins: adds columns showing unsuccessful login attempts for each selected user type.
• Opened Items: adds columns showing sponsors opened by Administrators and participants opened by Administrators or Sponsor Contacts.
• Calculations: adds columns showing benefit calculations performed by each selected user type.
• Documents: adds document-view and document-save columns for each selected user type.
• Participant Save: adds columns showing participant records saved by each selected user type.
• Worksheet: adds worksheet-view and worksheet-save columns for Administrators and Sponsor Contacts.
• Worktrack Details: adds columns for Worktrack updates and for new and completed Worktrack tasks.
• Online Forms: adds online-form view and save columns for each selected user type.

• Number of Participant User Accounts: displays the total number of participant portal accounts for the opened Plan Sponsor or the entire company.
• Number of Pending Registration Codes: displays the number of participant registration codes that are still pending.
• Unique Participant Logins During Period: displays the number of distinct participants who logged in at least once during the selected date range.

• Update: refreshes the results using the selected dates, grouping period, user filters, and optional columns.
• Excel: opens the statistics results in an Excel-style grid for review or export.
