The Person - Listing of Validation Errors screen displays the results of a Person Validation. Use it to review errors, comparisons, and informational messages and to hide individual warnings that should not remain in the active results.

• Results Tree: displays the total number of active results and a separate branch for each error type. Select Results to display all errors or select an error-type branch to display only that category.
• Results List: displays the SSN, Name, Error Type, and Description for each result selected in the tree. Double-click a result to display its complete description.
• Hide/Show: hides the selected warning from the active results. When a hidden warning is available in the displayed results, the control changes to Show so the warning can be restored.

• Comparisons List: appears when the validation contains comparisons to prior data. The list displays SSN, Name, Item, Original, and New values, together with the number of items listed.

• Messages List: appears when the validation produces informational messages. The list displays SSN, Name, and Message, together with the number of items listed.
• Sorting: sorts messages by Message Type, Person Name, or Person SSN.
