Do portal registration codes ever expire? No. However, they become invalid after 5 unsuccessful attempts. Also, they can no longer be used after successful registration.
Are there requirements for choosing a user name? User names must be between 7 and 12 characters long and may only contain letters and numbers.

Can a user name ever be changed? No. Instead, to do this, the user must be deleted on the portal (see the Participant Security screen) and then sent a new registration code where the user can then choose a new user name.
How is a user account unlocked? If a user is able to reset their password, this will automatically unlock a user's account. This is the best method is it does not involve additional support. If a user cannot do this, then they will need to contact a Sponsor Contact or Administrator who can then unlock the account (Participant Security screen on the portal).
Do password reset links ever expire? Yes, they expire after 24 hours.
Portal Document Uploads
Is there a file size limit on portal uploads? Yes, there is a limit of approximately 28 MB on files uploaded through the portal. To bypass this limit, you can reduce the dpi of the scanned image, switch from color to black and white, or break the uploaded file into separate files.
