The Manage Sponsor Archives Screen is used to view, edit, add, and delete archives for a Plan Sponsor.

• Stored Archive List: this list shows all of the archives currently stored for this Plan Sponsor. To add a new archive, press the Add button and then double-click into the newly created row. To delete an archive, select the archive and press the Delete button. Open Sponsor Archive Person Detail to review the individual Person archives associated with a sponsor archive.

• Sponsor Archive Import: import archived documents in bulk and associate them with individual Person records.
• Sponsor Archive Export: export stored archive documents and their details in bulk.

Please note that no changes are saved to the sponsor until you press the OK button.
