• Description: space to provide a brief description for this document.
• Document Type: choose what type of document is being stored (pdf, Word document, etc.).
• Document Path: area showing the original file path for this document. Once archived, this document no longer needs to exist on your network as it is already stored in the DB Precision database.

Please note that once a document is created and stored in DB Precision, the only item that can be edited on this screen is the document description.
