The Sponsor User Screen is used to specify which users are assigned to a Plan Sponsor. When a User is assigned to a Sponsor, that user can filter the list of Sponsors (to only those to which that user is assigned) by using the filter button on the Open Screen. In addition, when logging in as an Administrator to the portal, the only sponsors that can be opened are those that are assigned to that user.

• User ID: indicate whether you are defining the user based upon user ID or by group.
• ID/Name: choose the User ID from the list. The name and email address for that user will then appear if applicable.
• Email Notifications: choose which events will trigger an automatic email notification to this user.
