The Portal Tab of the Ribbon contains the following items:

• Portal Settings: when a sponsor has been set up on the portal, this button displays a screen which then allows Users to modify Portal Settings.
• Firewall: set Firewall rules for blocking devices and locations.
• Manage Portal Security: allows Users to Manage Portal Security, including User IDs, registration numbers, and passwords for the Sponsor or an individual basis.
• Login Pages: manage customizable Login Pages.
• Email Messages: manage pending and sent Email Messages related to the portal.
• Call Center: perform an advanced Call Center search to open a participant, often using caller information.
• Open in Portal: open a user, sponsor, or participant within the Internet Portal.
• Controller Log: displays portal actions and errors (besides person data changes) processed over across all sponsors in the Log.
• Data Changes: displays person Data Changes for the open sponsor processed through the portal.
• Outage Log: view portal Outages for a specified period.
• Usage Statistics: displays portal Usage Statistics.
