The System Tab of the Ribbon contains the following items:

• Manage User Settings: allows a User to manage certain application Options for a specific DB Precision login.
• View Settings: these toggles allow users to show or hide certain windows. The Simplified Mode toggle switches the Ribbon style between classic and simplified modes.
• License Administration: displays the License Administration screen which displays information on license limits as well as allows users to modify those limits.
• License Statistics: shows Statistics on DB Precision utilization rates.
• System Settings: allows Users that are System Administrators to view and edit certain application Settings.
• System Change Log: view all system changes made by any User within your group or organization in the Change Log.
• Security Reports: Produces an Excel file report which summarizes application security configuration.
• Database Maintenance: allows Users that have database administration rights to run stored procedures that will then modify the underlying DB Precision databases.
• Check for Updates: checks online for updates to DB Precision.
• Shrink Database: reduce the size of database log files.
• Defragment Database: improve database performance by rebuilding internal database indexes.
• Manage Task Scheduler: allows a User to Manage Scheduled Tasks that will be completed automatically.
• Task Log: display completed tasks that were previously automated in a Task Log.
