The Actuarial Valuation Detail screen displays the person-level data stored in a selected actuarial valuation snapshot. These values originate from the Valuation Extract and can be reviewed or updated for the selected snapshot.

Basic Information

• Social Security Number: Displays the Social Security number stored in the snapshot.
• Name Information: Displays the person’s First, Middle, and Last name.
• Gender: Displays the gender used by the valuation.
• Date of Birth: Displays the person’s date of birth.
• Date of Hire: Displays the person’s date of hire.
• Date of Termination: Displays the person’s date of termination when applicable.
• Normal Retirement Date: Displays the normal retirement date stored in the snapshot.
• Prior Year Payments: Displays the total prior-year benefit payments included in the Valuation Extract.

Beneficiary Information

• Gender: Displays the gender of the applicable beneficiary or contingent annuitant.
• Date of Birth: Displays the date of birth of the applicable beneficiary or contingent annuitant.

Other Plan/Sponsor Amounts

• Reported Amounts: Displays Plan Sponsor Reported Amounts selected for the Valuation Extract. The numbers correspond to the assigned Reported Amount output columns. For example, a Division assigned to Reported Amount column 1 appears beside 1.
• Salary: Displays the person’s valuation salary history, with 1 representing the most recent amount. The source is the Average Earnings Definition designated for the Valuation Extract.
• Calculated Amounts: Displays calculated fields selected for the Valuation Extract. The numbers correspond to their assigned Calculated Amount output columns. These fields may be Formula Derived Items, Service Definitions, or Account Definitions.

Service Items

• Credited Service: Displays credited service as of the snapshot date.
• Vesting Service: Displays vesting service as of the snapshot date.
• Participation Service: Displays participation service as of the snapshot date.
• CSD: Displays the credited service start date.
• VSD: Displays the vesting service start date.
• DOP: Displays the date of participation.

The service values are supplied by the Service Definitions designated as the plan’s credited, vesting, and participation service definitions.

Benefit Information

• Payment Start Date: Displays the date benefit payments begin.
• Stop Date: Displays the date benefit payments end.
• Form of Annuity: Identifies the form in which the benefit is payable.
• Annual Benefit: Displays the annual benefit amount.
• Certain Stop Date: Displays the end of the certain payment period when the selected form includes a certain period.
• Benefit Fractions: Displays the payable fractions for Both lives, the Participant only, and the Contingent annuitant only.
• Level Income Date: Displays the date on which the plan benefit changes under a level income option.
• Level Income Amount: Displays the annual benefit payable after the Level Income Date.

Supplemental Benefit Information

This section displays the Payment Start Date, Stop Date, Form of Annuity, Annual Benefit, Certain Stop Date, and Benefit Fractions for a supplemental benefit. Level Income fields do not apply to the supplemental benefit.

Note: Some beneficiary and benefit fields are unavailable when they do not apply to the person’s status or selected form of annuity.
