A Service Eligibility Provision determines when a participant first satisfies the conditions required to accrue service during an effective period.

• Effective Date / Stop Date: Defines the dates for which the eligibility provision applies. None leaves the provision open-ended.
• Age / Service / Points Requirements: Lists requirement rows. Each row can test age, service, points, rounding, and employment-anniversary conditions.
• Backend Age Eligibility Limit: Prevents initial eligibility when the participant's age at first employment exceeds the entered limit.
• Eligibility Override: Uses the selected Historical Date classification and type as the eligibility date when that date exists.
• Assume all accrual conditions met as of initial eligibility date: Allows accrual to begin at the override date without separately satisfying the remaining accrual conditions.
