Use these commands to edit items, calculate, export, search, compare, and manage the current DB Precision workspace.

• Paste: Add contents on the Clipboard to your selected item.
• Cut: Remove the selected item and add it to your Clipboard so that you can paste it somewhere else.
• Copy: Put a copy of the selection on the Clipboard so that you can paste it somewhere else.

• Add: Add an item to selected category or definition.
• Delete: Delete the selected item.
• Add Folder: Add a folder to the selected category or folder.
• Start Wizard: Start a wizard to simplify common tasks.
  • Existing Plan Wizard: Review the wizard used to update an existing Plan Document.

• Rename: Rename the selected item.

• Calculate: Calculate an item for the selected tab.
• Export: Export calculated results to either Word or Excel using an Export Definition.
  • Export Workflow Guide: Follow the broader workflow for configuring and producing exports.

• Expand All: Expand all items for the selected tree branch.
• Collapse All: Collapse all items for the selected tree branch.

• View: View the properties of the selected item.
• Compare: Compare item to another item of the same type.

• Find: Find every occurrence of an item. Replace functionality is no longer available in DB Precision.

• Cancel Process: Stop a running process; the system may take a moment to finish stopping it.

• Default Folder: Open the active Plan Sponsor default folder in Windows File Explorer.

• Swap Sponsor/Plan: Switch between the active Sponsor and Plan Document. When a Sponsor has multiple plans, this becomes available after switching from a plan to its Sponsor.
