Portal Ribbon Commands
Use these commands to configure, secure, open, and monitor DB Precision Portal services.
Manage
- Portal Settings: View and edit Internet Portal settings for the opened Sponsor.
- Firewall: Set firewall rules for blocking devices and locations.
- Manage Portal Security: Manage the portal security for the participant, sponsor, or selected item.
- Sponsor Portal Security: Review Sponsor-level Portal security settings.
- Login Pages: Manage customizable login pages.
- Email Messages: Manage portal email messages that are pending or sent.
- Call Center: Open participant using caller information.
- Open in Portal: Open user, sponsor, or participant in the Internet Portal.
Monitor
- Controller Log: View a log of the Internet Controller activity for your network.
- Data Changes: View a list of all participant data changes made online using the Internet Portal.
- Outage Log: View portal outages for a specific period.
- Usage Statistics: View Internet Portal usage statistics for the opened Sponsor.
- Heartbeat: Configure the DB Precision Heartbeat Monitor to ensure that any Internet Controller running on this server is always running.
