The Val Extract Column screen is used to indicate which Reported Amounts and Plan items should be included in the valuation extract file.
Screen items
Available Columns: 20 checkboxes used to assign the current Reported Amount or Plan item to one valuation extract column. Only one column can be selected for the current item. A column already assigned to another item displays that item and is unavailable for selection.
Column Header: space to override the column header within the valuation extract file.
Display converted text values in extract file when possible: check this box to extract defined text-conversion values instead of their numeric equivalents. This option is available only for supported Reported Amount types with applicable conversions.
