DB Precision Users have certain rights to the system. If a User belongs to a User Group, all of those rights are inherited from the rights of that User Group. If the rights of a User Group change, then the rights of all of the Users belonging to that group also change.

If a User does not belong to a group, then the system rights for that User must be separately defined.

Ideally, a small number of groups (less than 5) should be created and then each User should be put into one of those groups. This will simplify User maintenance, particularly as the number of Users with access to the system increases.
