- Reported Amount Lookups to Create: this list will be populated with the Reported Amounts that have been created within your Sponsor. Selecting a Reported Amount named Earnings, for example, will create a Formula Derived Item in this plan called lookup_Earnings. You may select none or all of the Reported Amounts available. Additional Reported Amounts and Reported Amount Lookups can be added later in the process as well.
