The Valuation Mortality Selection screen defines male and female base mortality and projection settings for one selection or variation row.

• Amount Value: identifies the reported-amount value or year threshold to which a variation row applies.
• Male / Female Mortality Table: selects the base annual Mortality Table used for each participant sex.
• Mortality Table Sex: selects the Male or Female column from the chosen base table.
• Age Setback (+) / Setforward (−): adjusts the lookup age separately by years and months.
• Projection Table: selects a mortality-improvement Projection Table applied to the base mortality rates.
• Projection Type: selects Calculation Year, Fixed Year, or Generational projection treatment.
• Projection Year: supplies the fixed projection year when required by the selected projection type.
• Blend Fraction - Male / Female: weights male and female improvement-rate series for a supported blended projection table.
