The Manage User Security screen allows a system user to portal login information for the selected Person or Sponsor Contact.

• User ID: if the opened Person or Sponsor Contact has login account, their User ID is displayed here. If not, this space will be disabled.
• Create Button: press this button to create a new User login for the opened Person or Sponsor Contact.
• Delete User Login: check this box and press the OK button to delete the User Login for the opened Person or Sponsor Contact.
• Password: displays the password for the User if the Reset button has been pressed.
• Reset Button: press this button to delete this Portal User's password. The new password will be displayed in the Password field.
• Lockout Status/Unlock Button: indicates if the User is locked out (due to 5 invalid login attempts) and allows you to unlock the user's login account.
