• Social Security Number: value identified from QR code on imported document. If the QR code fails to register, the adjacent Scan button allows manual scan of the QR code.
• Employer Identification Number: identified from QR code.
• Person Name: identified from QR code.
• Type: reflects the archive type selected during the original export of the file.
• Description:reflects the archive description provided on the original export of the file.
• Plan Number: reflects plan number provided during the original export of the file.
• Portal Access: reflects selections to portal access during the original export of the file.
• Task: the worktrack task selected during the original export of the file.
• Definition: associated with the selected worktrack.
• Action: associated with the selected worktrack.
• Step: associated with the selected worktrack.
