The Val Extract Column screen is used to indicate which Reported Amounts and Plan items should be included in the valuation extract file.

• Available Columns: 20 checkboxes which allow users to indicate which column the Reported Amount or Plan item should be located within the valuation extract file (if at all).
• Column Header: space to override the column header within the valuation extract file.
• Display converted text values in extract file when possible: check this box if the item is a Reported Amount that has text conversion values defined and you want those text values to be extracted rather than the numeric equivalent values.
