Service Reported Amount Bank Rules
Bank rules control the accumulation of excess Reported Amounts and their withdrawal in later service periods.
- Accumulate amounts in excess of: Threshold above which amounts are deposited into the bank.
- Period target value: Target used to determine the excess available for deposit.
- Adjustment ratio for deposits / None: Multiplies the deposit amount before it is added to the bank. None uses the unadjusted amount.
- Per-period deposit limit / None: Caps the amount deposited during one service period.
- Per-period withdrawal limit / None: Caps the amount withdrawn during one service period.
- Bank balance limit / None: Caps the total accumulated bank balance.
- Hours requirement for withdrawal / None: Minimum current-period amount required before a withdrawal is permitted.
- Maximum concurrent withdrawal years: Limits the number of consecutive service periods that may receive withdrawals.
- Withdraw until total hours equal: Caps the combined current-period amount and bank withdrawal.
- Allocate bank hours backward from calculation date: Applies withdrawals to the most recent eligible period first.
- Prohibit withdrawals at Normal Retirement Date: Prevents bank withdrawals when service is calculated as of Normal Retirement Date.
